Redcar Tips: Swirral Edge
Ran well for a long way at Newcastle and probably needed the run. Has won in a higher grade.
Swirral Edge shaped well for a long way last time at Newcastle and although she eventually finished fifth she traded at 2/1 in running.
A combination of a strong pace, stiff track and a lack of race sharpness all contributed to her weak finish but is should have put her spot on for the 2.05 Redcar.
Last season she won at 5f in a higher grade at Thirsk and she should double her tally soon from a workable handicap mark of 75.
