Meydan Tips: High On Life

Record at 5f last year was 11131, his one defeat coming after his jockey misjudged the pace.

Whilst still getting to grips with the track at Chelmsford City I’m taking a watching brief in Essex and playing the markets at Meydan instead.

The 3.20 contest is full of UK sprinters past and present and therefore it is not an impossible puzzle to solve.

High On Life is having his first start in Dubai but Salem bin Ghadayer has potentially a top sprinter on his hands.

Last year, High On Life’s record at 5f was 11131, his one defeat coming at York when he simply went off too fast, his finishing speed of ~96% was much slower than par.

The 4-year-old’s best days are ahead of him and as long as he’s kept to the minimum trip he should continue to run well.
