Logans Lad triumphed last time he dropped into claiming company and he’s put in at least one eye-catching performance since then.
Last time Logans Lad dropped into claiming company he won, over today’s course and distance and he should go well in the 2.00 contest.
Since his victory he has largely raced in a higher grade but he caught the eye on the 3 November when running a rapid 22.98s closing sectional, the fastest in the race.
Unfortunately, he raced too far back and couldn’t get to the leaders in time but he ran an impressive sectional adjusted speed rating of 77.
He’s not quite hit those heights since but he has ability and perhaps the return of blinkers can spark a revival. At 11/2 (Bet365) he is a fair bet in this grade.
