Slowly into stride, then trapped wide behind steady pace on debut. Will have learned plenty and showed a decent turn of foot.
Society Power was beaten by a lack of experience on his racecourse debut 16 days ago and with a run under his belt we should see a much improved performance. Slowly into stride he was then trapped wide behind a steady pace, neither of those two things his fault.
From an uncompromising position he showed an excellent turn of foot, clocking the fastest closing sectional by 0.27s and earning an adjusted speed rating of 80.
He’s not particularly well drawn for a Lingfield turf sprinter but he’s with good connections and has plenty of ability.
