Lingfield Tip: Lady Of Aran
Half a length behind Kwela at Kempton but compromised by slow start and then pulling hard due to steady gallop. Managed to close and final 3f was 0.38s faster than winner.
Kwela is the form horse that ties lots of these together but i’m willing to back a horse she beat at Kempton in October.
Lady Of Aran was only beaten half a length and didn’t get the run of the race. She was slowly into stride and then keen in rear of race run at a steady gallop. To her credit she finished strongly, covering the final 3f with a sectional 0.38s faster than the winner.
She is 5lbs better off with Kwela and with a bit better luck, or a more evenly paced race she can turn around that half length defeat.
