Lingfield Tip: Klopp
Weak looking class 5 contest where it is hard to find many positives. Klopp was consistent all winter and regularly recorded good speed ratings. She is the solid option.
Since racing returned we’ve had maximum fields and deeply stacked races but the 6.10 Lingfield isn’t one of them. It’s hard to find and good form before or since the break with the exception of Klopp.
It is a slight concern that she is 0/16 in the grade but this is practically a class 6 handicap (the opposition are anyway) and she had been running consistently well all winter. All her best form has come at Newcastle and Wolverhampton, therefore there is a worry about the track but she has plenty of early pace and her speed figures have been good.
In a race with little to recommend most of the runners, she should be the clear favourite.
