Lay of the Day: Jarrow

I’m surprised Jarrow is the paper favourite for the 3.30 Sandown because from stall 10 he’ll need to overcome a big draw bias.

The bias was in his favour when he won at Sandown last year, from stall 2 he enjoyed the perfect race, getting a tow from his stable companion he enjoyed a trouble free passage up the far rail.

This afternoon he will have to do it on his own and although he will be ably assisted by Ryan Moore, it’s a big ask to win from stall 10.
