Latest Champion Chase Betting
Leading fancies Big Zeb and Finians Rainbow both had their credentials tested on Tuesday.
The challengers are queuing up behind Sizing Europe for the Queen Mother Champion Chase, with Big Zeb and Finians Rainbow both winning on Tuesday.
Despite his advancing years, Big Zeb proved he is still a top class horse after winning the 2m1f Grade One chase at Leopardstown. He is now 11/2 (Betfred) to regain his Champion Chase title in March, having been 7/1 earlier in the week.
Finians Rainbow recovered from a bad mistake to win at Kempton on his seasonal reappearance. He will need to improve to make an impact at the Cheltenham Festival but he should come on for the run. He was slightly eased in the betting to 9/1 with William Hill.
Defending champion Sizing Europe is still the one to beat according to the bookmakers - he is 3/1 with Blue Square to win the 2012 Champion Chase.
