Goodwood Tip: Tiddliwinks

It goes without saying that there are several in with a shout for the Stewards’ Cup at 3.45 , however none look better than Tiddliwinks.

So far this season he has placed in two Group races, including when finishing one length behind Delegator at York. When it comes to form in the book, none are better than this horse.

Last year he ran in the Stewards’ Cup consolation race finishing fourth, although that performance can be upgraded as he raced on the unfavoured part of the track that day. Crucially he proved he can handle the undulating course.

Last time out he ran over an inadequate five furlongs and his jockey was almost unseated. Ignore that piece of form as he is a rock solid prospect. The pace is drawn middle to high and should give Tiddliwinks a perfect toe into the race. I’d imagine this has been his target for some time, so get on board at 20/1.
