Ffos Las Tip: Zero Money

Looks like he will finally get his preferred ground. His last two speed ratings are much better than any of his rivals.

The going at Ffos Las is good to firm and it seems South Wales will miss the deluge of rain crossing the south of Britain. This is crucial for the chances of Zero Money in the 3.10. On at least two recent occasions, Roger Charlton has declared the horse a non-runner when rain has got into the ground.

If it stays dry then I expect Zero Money to reproduce his Newmarket win at the end of July. A comfortable two-length winner, he trounced a useful looking field in a quick time.

Twice in a row he has achieved speed ratings I consider good enough to win a class two contest. It might turn out he is even better than that. Looking through the field I don’t see anyone who can touch him. He should be a shorter price than he currently is.
