Each Way Treble

A solid combination of form horses well drawn.

There are three horses to keep an eye on today and all are consistent enough to run to the best of their abilities. With such solid prospects they should all place at the very least and are worth a speculative each way treble.

4.00 Bath Leg -1: Brandywell Boy
Tipped nine days ago Brandywell Boy was desperately unlucky not to win. A bad stumble two furlongs out and traffic issues meant he couldn’t unleash his run until too late. He returns to Bath for a race he won last year. The track suits, he is in form and there is nothing in better shape than him.

4.05 Sandown Leg – 2: Sharpened Edge
As already discussed, this mare has everything in her favour and is our headline tip.

6.40 Lingfield Leg – 3: Running Mate
The turf sprint track at Lingfield has the biggest draw bias in the country. The highest drawn horse has the huge benefit of running against the stand’s side rail; a draw that wins six times more often than it should. It is such a powerful advantage that it is almost worth backing blindly. Fortunately Running Mate is also a fair performer with a win and a second in his last two outings.

An each way treble is 157/1 with Paddy Power. The place part of the bet pays approximately 6/1, if all three horses finish in the top three.
