Doncaster Tips: Eirene
Slowly into stride but made headway off a steady pace despite racing away from the action. Shaped with promise.
There isn’t a huge amount of form to go on in the 2.00 Doncaster but Eirene shaped like a horse with ability on debut at Yarmouth.
Slowly into stride and subsequently held up, she was in the wrong position for a steadily run contest. As the pace quickened she made her move away from the main action and had very little to race against.
Under the circumstances she did well to finish third and clocked the fastest closing sectional in the race. She should improve with the experience under her belt.
