Pertemps Network Final: Forza Milan
Lightly raced 6-year-old who is almost certainly ahead of his mark and with more improvement to come. Second twice this season but doesn't need to find much to score.
Six-year-olds have won four of the last five renewals of the Pertemps Network Final and the logic of a light-weight improver makes sense. Forza Milan fits the bill with this just his 8th start and although he’s only won once he has four second places.
Most recently he finished 1.5 lengths behind The Organist and that form was boosted by the winner finishing fifth in the Coral Cup on Wednesday.
Proven at 3-miles and on soft ground there are plenty of positive with Forza Milan. He already looks ahead of his mark and with potentially more to come, he is the pick.
