You’re Cool enjoyed a productive winter on the all-weather but he’s not handicapped out of things, only 2lbs higher than his last winning mark.
A few spins on the turf this summer have been predictably fruitless (he is 0/17 on turf) but back on a synthetic surface he is worth backing. At Doncaster he was beaten in a head-bob, a fine effort given his previous form on grass and considering he set an overly strong pace.
From stall 4 he is drawn to attack and his course record of 2173242 suggests he should be thereabouts again.
