Haydock Tip: Dubai Station
Travelled strongly but could quite reel in the leader who got first run off steady pace. Fastest closer in race and earned an impressive adjusted speed rating of 77 on debut.
Dubai Station made a big impression on debut at Nottingham which suggested he wouldn’t stay a maiden for long. Slowly into stride, he looked green early in the race but he was still travelling powerfully in rear whilst everything else came off the bridle. It looked like he was about to make a winning move but he was quickening into an accelerating pace and the winner had enough in reserve to fight him off.

His closing sectional was the quickest in the race and he earned an adjusted speed rating of 77. The horses immediately behind him came from big yards and looked to have ability so the form is likely to be strong.
