Brighton: Real Estate

Comfortable winner at Chelmsford and could rack up a string of victories given his low handicap mark. Better on the all-weather but has run respectably over course and distance previously.

Real Estate is only 1/19 on turf but he won well on the all-weather last time and can capitalise off a low mark now he’s back in form. With 7 career wins this is a horse who knows how to get his head in front and he was better than the bare form at Chelmsford.

Rob Havlin never got serious with the horse and still overcame traffic problems to win cosily and clocked a decent speed rating for the grade. He is is 3lbs higher at Brighton but his course and distance record is a respectable 24535 and these results were when he was rated in the mid 60s / low 70s.
