Beverley: Luxor Flush
His Beverley second has worked out particularly well with the three horses immediately behind him all winning next time out. Wasn't favoured by wide draw/steady pace and was fastest closer.
Luxor Flush finished second over course and distance in a race that has worked out particularly well. The third, fourth and fifth placed horses all won next time out; whilst the sixth was runner-up and the winner ran well in a Listed contest.
Luxor Flush was arguably the unluckiest of the sextet as from a wide draw he was forced to race in rear behind a steady gallop. Given most got first run on him, he did well to finish a neck second; largely thanks to clocking the fastest closing sectional of the race.
