Beverely Tip: Breathless Kiss

Won well over course and distance and overpriced for what is a drop in class for her.

I may sound like a broken record but the bookmakers consistently overprice Breathless Kiss and you should take advantage in the 3.35 at Beverley.

This will be the fourth time I have tipped this horse and she is back to the venue where she scored for us at 16/1. Kevin Ryan rates this filly highly as she has been campaigned in Group company this summer. Last time out she ran a fair race in the Group One Nunthorpe, a level that is beyond here. Dropped into an easier Listed contest she rates a more lively prospect.

Traditionally low draws dominate sprints at Beverley, but with the pace horses drawn high and the potential soft ground, it is likely the race will develop up the middle to near side.

Drawn in stall 8, she should get a perfect tow into the race form Tangerine Trees. I expect Phillip Makin to revert to more patience tactics; she was ridden more prominently at York and under-performed.

On my ratings, she has run times good enough to win in this grade. The fact connections still preserver at this level suggests they agree with me. There is a big win in this horse, lets hope it is today.
