RBC Heritage Tip: Brian Harman

Is 6/8 in cuts made at Harbour Town with a couple of top-10s. Excellent short game and putting is an asset at this course and has been playing consistently well pre and post hiatus.

I’ve been scouring last week’s leaderboard for players who impressed after the break and I cannot get away from Brian Harman. Last year wasn’t the best; he started it in the world’s top-50 and ended it outside the top-100 but there are signs of his game coming back.

He’s only missed the cut twice in his last ten starts and although he’s not threatened a win yet there is an encouraging consistency that was lacking last season.

Not the longest off the tee, he will enjoy the shorter, strategic layout where he can rely more on his excellent short game and putting. He is 6/8 cuts made at Harbour Town with a couple of top-10s.

He might not be a stellar name but he is ranked 20th on tour for scoring average and has a couple of PGA Tour wins under his belt. He is a tough competitor and a good bet at 90/1.
