Harbour Town Golf Links is a course that has traditionally favoured accuracy over power and it’s the sort of venue that fits Jason Dufner like a glove. He’s made 7 consecutive cuts at this event and although he is still waiting for his first top-10 he arrives in good form.
The 40-year-old played well at Augusta last week finishing T36 and his last six starts have yielded 5 top-25 finishes.
Most importantly he seems to be winning his battle with the putter (for now) and ranked 39th in strokes gained putting. Always one of the best ball-strikers on tour he looks set for a good week.
