Humana Challenge Tips: Robert Garrigus
Big hitter who should gobble up the modest par-5s. Finished T2 last year.
Having tipped Robert Garrigus for the Money List, I expect big things from him this season and the Humana Challenge was one of the events I had earmarked as a potential win.
Runner-up last year, the three courses used for the tournament are ideal for the big hitting American. Ranked 7th on tour for par-breakers in 2012, Garrigus should make the necessary number of birdies and eagles to contend.
He should also make light work of the five par-5s on the Palmer Course, they all measure less than 570 yards and pose no problem for a player who ranked 6th for par-5 performance last season.
With the courses providing the ideal challenge, Robert Garrigus looks a solid each-way bet at 25/1 (Betfred) with ¼ odds for a top-5 finish.
