Price Cutter Championship: Zac Blair

Finished second here on only visit in 2014 and returns in good form after three top-11 finishes in last four starts. Should have plenty of birdie looks this week thanks to his accuracy.

The Price Cutter Championship is one of four original events played on the Korn Ferry Tour and that is good news for Zac Blair. The 28-year-old is one of the shortest hitters on tour but he isn’t at a massive disadvantage at Highland Springs Country Club, unlike many other venues on tour.

The key for success this week is GIRs and a hot putter. Scoring is extremely low, you have to go back to 2002 for the last time it wasn’t won in 20-under or better! That isn’t an issue for Blair who finished second on 20-under on his first and only visits to Highland Springs.

Ranked in the top-30 for driving accuracy, GIRs and putting; he should create plenty of birdie opportunities this week and there is a good chance he takes them as confidence should be high after three top-11 finishes in his last four starts.
