Kaymer Cut in Race To Dubai
Kaymer new favourite after eight shot victory in Abu Dhabi.
Martin Kaymer continued his liking for Abu Dhabi with his first victory of 2011 and his third in four years at the Emirate. Going into the final round with a five shot lead he shot a second consecutive 66 to win by eight and set a course record score of 24under.
Kaymer picked up €334,398 for his victory putting him second in the Race For Dubai 2011 only €85,529 behind leader Charl Schwartzel.
Bookmakers reacted to the victory by cutting Kaymer to a best price 9/4 to win the Race To Dubai having been 5/1 pre-tournament. Current leader Charl Schwartzel is available at 40/1 with Boylesports.
