Deutsche Bank Tips: Dustin Johnson
Needs a good week to get into the automatic positions for the President's Cup. Finished T4 at TPC Boston last year.
Having recently got engaged, Dustin Johnson can be forgiven a missed cut at The Barclays but expect the 29-year-old to be fully focused on the Deutsche Bank Championship this week.
Sat twelfth in the President’s Cup standings, he needs to move up at least two places to be guaranteed a spot on the US Team, otherwise he will be left sweating on the captain’s picks.
With the season fast running out, Dustin Johnson will need to make his move soon and TPC Boston is a course he’s played well before.
He finished T4 last year, a position he also filled in 2009. At 40/1 (Ladbrokes) he rates a solid each-way bet with ¼ odds for a top-5 finish.
