The paucity of the field for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Classic is reflected by the fact Robert Garrigus is favourite for the event. Sitting 26th on the money list, he is the highest ranked player in the field.
Winner of the event in 2010, the course layout suits and he will be difficult to beat. Ranked 3rd on tour for driving distance and 7th for par breakers he can overpower the resort course.
Runner-up two weeks ago at the CIMB Classic, the big hitting 34-year-old arrives in Florida in good form with three top-10 finishes in his last five tournaments.
