Canadian Open Tips: Cameron Tringale

His final 54-holes at the Greenbrier were excellent. Finished in the top-20 in the last two Canadian Opens.

Cameron Tringale is a superb ball striker and one of the most consistent players on tour and I am hoping that consistency will serve him well this week.

The 25-year-old has an excellent record at the Canadian Open finishing T13-T19 in the last two years, although on different courses to the one used this week. Nevertheless, Glen Abbey GC should suit as Tringale’s strength is finding fairways and greens.

At the Greenbrier two weeks ago, Tringale finished 66-67-68, only four players bettered those final 54-holes and if he continues in the same vein of form, he should go well at 125/1 (Ladbrokes). Back him each way and get ¼ odds for a top-5 finish.
