BMW International Tips: Florian Fritsch
Barley played this season but has a couple of top-30 finishes more recently and know the course well - this his fourth start.
It’s widely reported that Florian Fritsch can only play a limited schedule because of his fear of flying but that overshadows what a good golfer he is.
This week Fritsch has the advantage of playing in his homeland and he’s played Golfclub München Eichenried in the past. This will be his fourth visit to the course (in European Tour events) and although a record of MC-MC-T40 doesn’t set the pulses racing he book-ended his tournament in 2015 with rounds of 68.
After a quiet start to the season (only played five events) he’s recorded top-30 finishes in two of his last three starts.
