Europa League Final: Total Goals Tip

We can have high hopes of a lively Europa League Final with both sides having been involved in action-packed ties throughout the knockout stages. The two Spanish hopefuls have managed to keep outscoring their opponents en route, but plenty of goals have been conceded in the process.
Atletico Madrid’s aggregate results from the Last 32 to the Semi-Finals:
4-1 v Lazio, 6-1 v Besiktas, 4-2 v Hannover and 5-2 v Valencia.
Athletic Bilbao’s results from the Last 32 to the Semi-Finals:
2-2 (away goals) v Loc Moscow, 5-3 v Man Utd, 6-4 v Schalke and 4-3 v Sporting.
In total there have been 54 goals across 16 matches at an average of 3.38 goals per fixture. That ratio actually increased in the quarters and semis; 30 goals in those 8 matches average out at 3.75 goals per game.
We have two teams who are better at scoring than defending so it should be particularly lively when they come head-to-head. The statistics suggest that a few goals in Bucharest would be a very reasonable expectation. To therefore gets best odds of 5/2 (Betfred) on over 3.5 goals in the match is surely a bargain.
