Ireland v England Tip: No Tryscorer

Sunday’s title clash could descend into an arm wrestle with tries at a premium.

Sunday is the de facto title decider between Ireland and England but don’t expect any fireworks.

England are without their most incisive attacking player in Mike Brown whilst Ireland have only scored two tries in the tournament, both against Italy.

Last time the teams met in Dublin, England ground out a narrow win, neither team scored a try and a repeat could be on the cards.

In the last five meetings between the teams there have only been 11 tries scored, with defence dominating attack.

It is highly likely the game develops into a battle of attrition and therefore it’s worth siding with no tryscorer at 16/1 with Betfred.
