Fallen a long way down the weights but shaped like a winner on her last few starts and just needs a bit of luck in-running.
The 3.00 Wolverhampton isn’t the strongest class 5 contest you will ever see and I’m happy to back Your Gifted despite the horse sitting 4lbs out of the handicap.
Once rated in the 90s she has dropped a long way down from her peak but based on recent performances she is ready to win again.
She’s been unlucky on her last two starts, travelling well but finding her path blocked when looking to mount a challenge.
Four starts back at Lingfield she was undone by a slow early pace but she finished the race strongly in approximately 21.5s to suggest she is good enough to win a reasonable handicap.
With Island Legend and Top Cop likely to cut out the running, the race could be set up for her at 6/1 (Stan James).
