Ladies Are Forever has won the Summer Stakes (2.20 York) twice in the last three years and with the rain forecast to stay away she is a good price to win again.
Equally effective over five and six furlongs her only pre-requisite is decent ground, something she didn’t get on her last start when it was too soft for her in the Duke of York Stakes.
Apart from that blip her record at the track is strong and with 7 wins in just 29 starts she boasts an impressive strike rate for a sprinter.
Well drawn in the centre of the track next to front-runner Spinatrix she should get a good tow into the race. At 6/1 (Paddy Power) she is a good price given her credentials.
