York: Roach Power
Has run good speed ratings in both outings to date and likely to improve again dropped back to 6f. Gets weight from main rivals and has a higher ceiling than those around him.
Roach Power has run two good races to date and races without a penalty in the 3.15 York. That weight advantage combined with two rock solid speed ratings makes him favourite for the race in my book.
At Musselburgh last time out he pressed a strong pace and didn’t quite see out the 7f, hence the logical drop back in trip at York. His debut at Carlisle was equally encouraging and unlike his main rivals I think there is plenty more to come.
