Wolverhampton Tips: Vincenzo Coccotti
All-weather record at 6/7f is 0122211 and only flop came on debut. At the top of his game and well drawn in stall 1.
The hat-trick seeking Vincenzo Coccotti has the plum draw in stall 1 and it takes a brave person to bet against him.
He’s won three races since moving to Ken Cunningham-Brown in May and the handicapper might not have got to grips with him yet.
The 4-year-old is at his best at 7f or less on the all-weather, his record under these circumstances is 0122211 and his only flop came on debut.
He is only 5lbs above his last winning mark but that is partly mitigated by Hector Crouch claiming a useful 3lbs. His speed ratings are good enough to win a competitive class 5 handicap, which this is and it would be a surprise if he weren’t in the shake-up.
