Wolverhampton Tips: Sacred Trust

Sacred Trust was a disappointment when beaten at Lingfield in December (I’d backed him) but it turns out he was beaten by a useful horse in Hombre Rojo.

The winner won again twice at Lingfield and ended up in Dubai contesting the UAE 2000 Guineas – although he was well beaten.

Sacred Trust has run adjusted sectional speed ratings of 69-76 on the all-weather and if he continues in the vein could prove hard to beat.

There are some powerful stables and unraced individuals in the 8.50 Wolverhampton but they’ll have to be useful to beat Sacred Trust who is already proven at the trip and on a synthetic surface.
