Wolverhampton Tips: Oh This Is Us
Well beaten in first two starts but better than the bare form last time. Ran third fastest sectional despite hanging in straight.
Oh This Is Us has only beaten six horses home in his first two starts but showed more than a glimpse of ability last time at Lingfield.
After a slow start he was forced to race in rear behind a steady early gallop (109.1% finishing speed) but he was still travelling best of all turning for home.
Adam Kirby was never able to bridge the gap but despite hanging up the home-straight Oh This Is Us ran the third fastest sectional. He covered the final 2f in 22.64s only 0.31s slower than runner-up Always Welcome who is now rated 80.
With more experience under his belt and if breaking on terms, he could cause a minor surprise.
