Wolverhampton Tips: Hallelujah
Covered the final 3f for her win at Kempton in 33.6s, which is about as good as it gets.
The 6.10 Wolverhampton is a high quality sprint featuring several in-form horses. Hallelujah is one of three last time out winners but the manner of her victory stood out.
With the tongue-tie removed, she returned to her best, winning by two lengths in a good time for the grade.
Hallelujah accelerated into a quickening pace and covered the final three furlongs in 33.6s, which is seriously rapid.
Visually it wasn’t that impressive; the steady early gallop meant everyone was finishing fast and therefore her mammoth performance was obscured.
She won a Listed race last year, so we know she’s a classy animal and at 6/1 (Bet365) also a cracking price.
