Wolverhampton Tips: Divine Call
Ran a huge speed rating two starts back and is reunited with George Baker. Well drawn and 5lbs better off with Coquine.
After his huge run on the 11 November, I was slightly disappointed by Divine Call last time at Wolverhampton. It’s not that he ran badly, he finished third with a good closing sectional but he was way down on the speed rating he’d earned over the same course and distance a fortnight earlier.
The 9-year-old probably isn’t a consistent as he once was but I’m giving him a chance to turn around the form with Coquine. Divine Call enjoys a 5lbs pull in the weights and is well drawn in stall 2
George Baker takes the ride, as he did two starts back and perhaps the jockey can make the difference again. In this grade, I’m happy to go in again on Divine Call.
