Wolverhampton Tip: Compas Scoobie

Nine days ago we predicted Compas Scoobie would run well on his return to 6f and although he didn’t collect the prize he should run well again off the same mark. He’s 3lbs better off but has 1.25 lengths to make up on Reckless Endeavour. That poses a challenge on paper but the change in track might help.

Compas Scoobie is 1/1 over course and distance and the refitting of the visor could be crucial. One he wore it for the first time in July at Newmarket he won. His all-weather record at 6f now reads 313 and is a horse to keep on-side.
