Wolverhampton: Glamorous Force

Front-runner who did too much at Bath last time out. Relatively unexposed on the all-weather but has run course and distance well before and drawn low enough to get early lead.

The horses I fancy at Wolverhampton this evening are prominent runners so i’m hoping the pace holds up. That didn’t happen for Glamorous Force last time when he went to hard at Bath and was swallowed up in the final furlong.

Reportedly difficult to train, his form is in-and-out but on a going day he is perfectly capable. He won at Ffos Las in July off a 2lbs lower mark and has course form having finished fourth over C&D back in October 2019.

Stall 5 gives Trevor Whelan a sporting chance to lead and if he is able to dominate he could hold on.
