Windsor Tip: Mobsta

Unlucky when hampered at Doncaster but has advantage of a run under his belt and handles soft conditions. Well handicapped.

Mobsta hasn’t won for almost two years but he’s got everything in his favour for the 4.20 Windsor. The 6-year-old has the benefit of a run under his belt and it was an eye-catching performance. Held-up, he was badly hampered over a furlong out but was only beaten 1.5 lengths; granted a clear passage he would have gone close.

Rated over a 100 in his pomp and a former Grade 2 winner, he is incredibly well handicapped off a mark of 88 and looks back in form. The heavy conditions are also in his favour with three of his four wins coming on going described as soft. With Silvestre De Sousa in the saddle (has won on Mobsta before) everything is set for a big run.

*Returned at Evens, BOG after Rule 3 deductions.
