Taajub Goes Well At Ascot
Has placed in 50% of his starts at Ascot (6-12) and ran his best race of the season last time out at Sandown.
Taajub has a good record at Ascot placing six times in 12 starts and the 8-year-old looked back to his best at Sandown last time out.
Held-up off a generous pace, he finished strongly, running the fastest closing sectional and recording a good speed rating for the grade.
Taajub was aided by the strong gallop and he can expect a similar type of race in the 2.10 Ascot.
He has fallen down to an attractive looking mark and with Desert Law a potential pacesetter drawn next to him he could out run odds of 18/1 (Stan James).
