Supersta Better Than Bare Form
Endured a nightmare trip last time (slow start, pulled hard) but still won. Drops down in grade this evening.
Everything that could go wrong – did go wrong for Supersta last time but he still won and that is the sign of a good horse.
Having tipped him to win at Wolverhampton I was aghast as he fell out the stalls and lost five lengths at the start. Andrew Mullen got him back in the pack but his mount was pulling hard and all chances seemed lost.
Even despite these setbacks he still managed to circle the field and get up on the line to win by a head and in a good time for the grade.
Supersta went up 5lbs for that win but actually drops down in grade for the 7.40 Chelmsford.
Given the bad luck he overcame last time he should win with a clear run at 13/8 (BetVictor).
