Record in 6f class 4 handicaps at Southwell is 1112 and clocked a big speed rating in defeat last time out.
Zylan rarely runs a bad race at Southwell and he ran another very good one at the start of the month. He couldn’t quite get the better of Katheefa but registered an excellent speed rating, in a truly run race.
The 8-year-old has done this before on the Fibresand and a mark of 84 isn’t insurmountable. His record in 6f class 4 handicaps at Southwell is 1112 and given his record he shouldn’t be 3/1 in a four-horse race.
