Southwell Tip: Hey Ho Let's Go
Not had much luck with awkward draws that have turned disastrous with bad luck; especially last time when carried towards far rail and then wiped out when looking dangerous.
In the 12.50 Southwell i’m looking for the goldilocks-effect on Hey Ho Let’s Go. Two starts back he was drawn low and carried towards the unfavoured far rail, the time before that he was drawn high and raced to close to the nearside rail. On the straight track the ideal position is down the middle and I hope Jack Mitchell can steer him to better effect.
In all fairness Rab Havlin was desperately unlucky last time out, he was still travelling strongly but was completely wiped out in the final furlong, costing him any chance of victory.
Hey Ho Let’s Go is a strong traveller (ideal for the Fibresand) and has some fair speed ratings to his name. He might still be a maiden but he is lightly raced and capable of scoring in this grade.
