Show Character At Wolverhampton

Show Character At Wolverhampton

Runs well on a turning track and better than bare form of late because he’s had to overcome poor draws at Chester.

Revolutionist bids for the hat-trick in the 6.40 Wolverhampton and although he might be difficult to stop he is not a betting prospect.

The short price favourite creates value elsewhere in the field and I like the look of Character Onesie.

Richard Fahey’s horse has spent most of the season running at Chester, so he shouldn’t have any problems around a turning track.

He won a class 4 handicap back in July and has run well without much luck since.

He was undone by a steady early pace on the 18 July but still managed to overcome trouble in running to finish only 1.75 lengths behind the winner.

Poor draws have scuppered his chances since then and his only bad run was at Carlisle when perhaps he didn’t like the track.

Natalie Hambling takes the ride and although I know very little about the jockey she has a 7lbs claim and is 3-7 at Wolverhampton.

At 16/1 (Bet365) it is worth opposing the favourite with Character Onesie.
