Salisbury Tips: Trevisani
Ran fastest closing sectional in a race run at a crawl. Hard to judge but could be useful.
Trevisani falls into the ‘could be anything’ category after finishing fourth on debut.
His Newbury maiden was run at a farcically slow pace but he still managed to clock the fastest closing sectional of the contest.
The overall speed rating barely registered, so in absolute terms we have no idea how good he is. However, his sectional time hints at ability and he might be a lot better than his rivals for the 7.20 Salisbury.
David Lanigan is enjoying a tremendous year with a 18% strike rate and level stakes profit on all his runners.
