Boris Grigoriev was once a useful juvenile trained by Aidan O’Brien and although he’s no world-beater he could carve out a decent career as a sprinter.
Last season he only raced twice for Mick Easterby but he won his final start over 5f on soft ground.
Now that connections have found his correct trip, he’s the type of horse who could rack up a string of victories. I doubt he will ever hit a mark in the 100s again but he’s probably better than a 73 rated horse.
