Nothing Mysterious About Aussie Andre
Overcame a steady pace to come from last to first and win his maiden in impressive fashion. Given a real chance off a mark of 80.
Aussie Andre looks a useful horse and the handicapper has given him a real chance with an opening mark of 80.
Last time out at Kempton he did tremendously well to win having raced in the rear behind a very steady gallop (113% finishing speed). He covered the final 3f in 34s and flew past the leader, who enjoyed the run of the race.
It is interesting that Jeremy Noseda has sent the horse up to Hamilton, his first runner at the track in the last five seasons.
It is a long-way to travel to have a loser, so I expect he makes the journey with high expectations.
