No Trouble Finding A Winner
Everything went wrong for Buying Trouble last time. She was poorly positioned in a slowly run race, didn’t handle the bend but still won.
Buying Trouble is unbeaten in two starts on the all-weather and looks a useful sprinter in the making.
Unraced as a two-year-old she is making up for lost time and overcame adversity to win at Lingfield last month. Sat in rear behind a steady gallop (108.4% finishing speed) she showed a tremendous turn of foot to cover the final 2f in 21.85s and win by a short-head, despite not handling the bend.
The horse she beat, Sir Dudley was narrowly touched off last week and she earned a sectional adjusted speed rating of 90.
She looks ahead of the handicapper with a rating of 83 and shapes as if the step up to 7f will suit. On form and on the clock she’s been impressive and it will take a good horse to beat her.
