Newmarket Tip: Enjazaat

Season started late after gelding operation but shaped well at Haydock. Ran the fastest closing sectional by 0.31s and every chance he builds on that in only his third start of 2019.

Enjazaat was a useful juvenile, winning twice in his first season and he could start to fulfil his potential if he builds on his Haydock second. It was his second start back after being gelded and he was only beaten half a length by Danzeno. There is every chance he improves again because he has relatively few miles on the clock.

I was particularly impressed by Enjazaat’s turn of foot at Haydock. In rear of a steadily run contest he made up significant ground in the final 3f; his was the fastest closing sectional of the race by 0.31s.

Owen Burrows has his string in fine fettle, running at a 33% strike rate (5-15) in August and he looks to have another winner on his hands.
